In addition to the beautiful red cedar, we also use yellow pine, brown cedar, along with various oak and hardwoods. This combination of woods means you get the beauty of red cedar along with the strength and durability the other hardwoods are know for. The red cedar 9 drawer log dresser is hand made and the logs used are hand peeled to enhance the wood's natural beauty and character. The natural beauty is then preserved by finishing each of our red cedar pieces with 3 coats of poly. Because the logs for the red cedar log dresser are hand peeled, the works of nature, scoring, tracking, spots and dots, along with the effects and coloration from aging, gives each piece its own character which enhances the log faces and tops.
